Receiving your Order
- Everything in our online stores is Print-to-Ship, meaning everything is custom made upon the order being placed.
- All orders will ship withing 7 to 10 business days of the batch out dates designated on each individual store.
- Any packages lost by the shipping provider will follow the guidelines listed by the shipping provider, Oak Glenn Gear will replace and re-ship the product upon confirmation from the Shipping Provider that the package is lost to their company.
